Shipping, Return Policy and Currency

• In Canada and the U.S.A orders over $80 (pretax & after any applicable discounts) are eligible for $10 flat rate shipping.
• We cut, package and ship your stencils after your order has been placed.
• Orders ship within a couple of days of ordering. We do not ship on weekends.
• Your stencils are custom manufactured for your order we do not offer returns/refunds.
• If your order arrives damaged please send us images as we may need to file a claim with the courier/post office.  We will ship replacement products to you.
• Most orders get to you within 2 weeks. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, as all shipping services have canceled their on-time delivery guarantees.
• Orders shipped outside of North America take longer to arrive.
• We ship via the best option to your location so we are using both couriers and post. Please ensure you include a street address (and PO box if applicable) so we have the full ability to choose the best option for you.
• Please advise us before ordering if you have a tight deadline as we never want our customers disappointed.

Currency:

• We are a Canadian company that sells product and shipping from Ontario, Canada.
• Our website default currency is in Canadian Funds but your local currency should show when you are shopping.
